According to China Internet Network Information Center《 Announcement on Further Strengthening the Review of Domain Name Registration Information 》In order to ensure the rights and effective use of your domain name, if the domestic domain name has passed the CNNIC real name system review, but the domain name owner information needs to be changed, you need to submit this application form and the identity certificate of the original/new owner of the domain name.

Conditions for change of domestic domain name registration owner:

1. The domain name is in normal state;

2. The domain name is not within the processing period of judicial authorities, arbitration institutions or domain name dispute resolution institutions.

Required application materials:

1. The official seals of the transferor and the transferee of the Application Form for Modification of Domestic Domain Name Registrant Information. If the domain name owner is an individual, please sign the form;

2. The identity certificate of the owner before and after the change (the scanning copy of the original ID card shall be provided by the individual, and the scanning copy of the original organization code certificate or business license shall be provided by the unit);

3. Identification documents of the registered contact person before and after the change.

Special reminder:

The second generation ID card needs to provide the scanned copies of both sides of the original;

The copy of organization code certificate or business license shall be stamped with effective annual inspection seal.

Data submission method:

Please scan the above original application materials and upload them through the "Domain Name Transfer Application" interface of the agent platform or member platform.

Change steps:

1. After receiving the qualified materials, the new website will send a confirmation email to the domain name management contact email; If there is no objection, please reply to the confirmation email in time.

2. The new website will submit an application to the registration office after receiving the confirmation email of agreeing to the change, and complete the operation within 5 working days.

3. If the domain name transfer operation is not completed within the time promised by us, please contact the customer service center of the new website.

Special tips:

Once the domestic domain name passes the CNNIC real name system review, the domain name owner, contact information and other English information will not be recorded after the domain name owner changes;
