Description of filed domain name change

Scope of change: including the change of website sponsor name, i.e. theme, website leader, new website, new domain name, new access (i.e. change of access provider).

For changes, the following three change materials shall be submitted:

1. Letter of Authorization for Change (see the template for filing of authorized change for details);

2. Original of authenticity verification form (two copies);

3. Change contents and materials

(1) Add a domain name or domain name, and then provide the domain name certificate to be added

If the subject or website leader is changed, the changed subject certificate and the ID card copy of the website leader must be provided

3 If new access rights are added, a full set of archive materials must be provided

If you change the mailing address, mailing number, IP address, etc. You only need to provide the filing password.
