Reset Password

The password length should be 8-30 digits, Must be at the same time Contains uppercase and lowercase letters and numbers, Can contain Special characters ()~! $%^&-+| {}[]:;<>,.

Operation steps

1. Log in to the console ->VM ->Manage VM.

2. Select the need Reset Database Password or Database FTP password Click Manage to enter the host details page.

3. Enter the database details page.

4. Click to modify the database password or database FTP password in the basic information column.

5. Enter the new password

Database upgrade and renewal

Database space is a gift of virtual machine. If you need to upgrade or renew the database, please go to the corresponding virtual machine to upgrade/renew it.
