Database type

Windows host. Currently, SQL Server 2008 and MySQL 5.5 are available as database types. The current database type of the Linux host only supports MySQL 5.6.

• When the site uses NET language, select SQL Server 2008.
• When the site uses PHP language, please select MySQL 5.5.

This operation can change the database type, such as from MySQL5.5 Change to SQL Server 2008 Database, or SQL Server 2008 Database changed to MySQL5.5 。

1. After changing the data type, the database password will be reset. Please use New Password connect.
2. Changing the database type will empty Please backup the current database data in advance!

Operation steps

1. Log in to the console ->VM ->Manage VM.

2. Select the virtual machine that needs to change the database type, and click Management to enter the host details page.

4. Click the Change Database Type button in the database operation.
