Overview of real name authentication

According to the Cyber Security Law of the People's Republic of China, the Anti Terrorism Law of the People's Republic of China and other laws and regulations, it is required that all customers who use Internet access and Internet data center business should carry out real name authentication. Customers without real name certification will have limited business use. Please conduct real name certification before purchasing products.

Instructions for Real Name Certification

• At present, this platform only supports personal real name authentication, not enterprise real name authentication
• It supports real name authentication through bank card and mobile phone number, without the need to upload photos of hand-held ID cards and other materials. Once submitted to the system for automatic review, it is very convenient
• Each time the real name authentication system will automatically deduct the corresponding fees. If the authentication fails, the fees will not be refunded. Please confirm that the real name information is correct before submitting
• One identity information only supports one account, and multiple accounts cannot be used repeatedly. After the real name authentication is successful, the user cannot log off
• Please ensure that the information is correct before submitting

Real name authentication method and process

Mobile number real name authentication process

1. Log in to the console and in the left navigation bar - "Account settings" - "Real name authentication" - "Mobile number verification real name";

2. Fill in the certification information and click the Next button;

3. Check "Confirm the above information is true" - click "Submit for approval";

4. After successful verification, complete the authentication.

Real name authentication process of bank card

1. Log in to the console, and in the left navigation bar - "Account Settings" - "Real Name Authentication" - "Bank Card Number Verification Real Name";

2. Fill in the authentication information, select the bank, correctly fill in the personal ID card name and ID card number, provide the bank card number consistent with the ID card name, and click the Next button;

3. Confirm the authentication information, check "Confirm the above information is true" - click "Submit for review";

4. After successful verification, complete the authentication.
