Real name authentication

According to Article 24 of the Network Security Law, network operators shall provide users with network access, domain name registration services, fixed line phone, mobile phone and other access procedures, or provide users with information release, instant messaging and other services. When signing agreements or confirming the provision of services, network operators shall require users to provide real identity information. If users do not provide real identity information, network operators shall not provide relevant services for them. The State implements the strategy of network trusted identity, supports research and development of secure and convenient electronic identity authentication technology, and promotes mutual recognition between different electronic identity authentication.

Refund rules

1. No contract signed and invoice applied.
2. Some event products do not support refund without reason (see the event rules for details).

Expiration reminder

The system will send you an expiration notification 7 days before the expiration of the virtual machine, 3 days before the expiration, and the same day.

Processing after expiration

Stop immediately after expiration, and the system will send a notice to stop arrears.

About Virtual Host Log

A large number of log files will be generated when the site is running. In addition to the log files retained by the site program, the host will also automatically store the site running logs. The site running log files will be stored in the logfiles folder. The host in normal status will retain the site logs for 30 days. If you need to view or save the logs, you can use FTP to connect to the host, View/download logs in the logfiles folder.

Status description

• Running, stable state: the normal running state of the virtual machine. In this state, you can run your business normally and perform corresponding operations on the virtual machine.
• Stop, stable state: stop the external access of the site program. In this state, except that FTP cannot be connected, other operations will not be affected.
• Expired, stable status: After expiration, the status will be "expired" within the expiration retention period, and the status will change to running after renewal.
• Deleted, stable state: after the retention period expires, it enters this state. At this time, no operation can be performed on the virtual machine, and all data in the virtual machine will be cleared.
