3. Individual filing cannot be changed to enterprise filing

1. The main body is an enterprise, and the Verification Form needs to be stamped with the official seal of the company
2. Enterprise users must use business licenses for filing
3. The domain name registration unit is the full name of the enterprise, and the registrant can be a legal person or the person in charge of the website
4. The website name must be consistent with the website name after the actual website is opened
5. Filing between different enterprise entities cannot be changed. If it needs to be changed, it needs to cancel the original filing and re file
