- For individual filing, if the number of website filing exceeds 5 (excluding 5), website construction proposal shall be provided
- The domain name registrant must be a website with the personal nature of the registrant's name. The service content cannot involve online business platforms, such as online shopping, news, advertising, local portals, official websites, local forums, publishing, movies and television programs, and cannot involve pre approval and commercial purposes

- Pre approval documents, instant messaging/search engine/comprehensive portal shall be provided for the following information on the website; Online job search/website construction/WAP; Network pictures/network software/download e-government; Online shopping/online payment/online banking; Online news/online advertising/information/unit portal, forum, education, medical institutions, medical equipment, religion, culture, etc
