1. The main body is an enterprise, and the Verification Form needs to be stamped with the official seal of the company
2. Enterprise users must use the enterprise business license for filing
3. Search engine and instant messaging cannot be selected for Shanghai website service content
4. The filing website must belong to Shanghai local enterprise information. If the content of the website does not belong to enterprises in Shanghai, they cannot go through Shanghai for filing
5. The website name must be consistent with the website name after the actual website is opened
6. Filing between different enterprise entities cannot be changed. If it needs to be changed, it needs to cancel the original filing and re file
7. Enterprise filing, if the person in charge of the website is not a filing enterprise legal person, the website authorization letter shall be provided
