1. The main body is an enterprise, and the Verification Form needs to be stamped with the official seal of the unit; The domain name of the website on the verification sheet shall be filled in, without www
2. Provide business license of Guizhou enterprise for enterprise filing
3. The address and landline phone number should be local to Guizhou
4. The website name must be consistent with the website name after the actual website is opened
5. Filing between different enterprise entities cannot be changed. If it needs to be changed, it needs to cancel the original filing and re file
6. More than 3 domain names must provide all filed domain name certificates (including filed and pending domain names), and the domain name certificate owner is consistent with the website sponsor
