1. The main body is an enterprise, and the Verification Form needs to be stamped with the official seal of the company
2. Keep the domain name owner information consistent with the registration sponsor information
3. If the self-employed business does not have an official seal, it can be stated in the remarks that the enterprise does not have an official seal, and the verification sheet does not need to be stamped with an official seal
4. The residence of the unit certificate must be in Chongqing
5. The website name must be consistent with the website name after the actual website is opened
6. Filing between different enterprise entities cannot be changed. If it needs to be changed, it needs to cancel the original filing and re file
