- The landline and communication address in the filing information must be local to Tianjin (i.e. the area code of the landline is 022), and the mobile phone number must be used by the user. If there is no landline number, the second contact information, including the name, mobile phone number, and the relationship with the filing person, should be provided and filled in the website notes
- The website name must be consistent with the website name after the actual website is opened
- Individual filing cannot be changed to enterprise filing
Enterprise filing Description of filing materials: - The subject is an enterprise, and the valid certificate of the unit must be provided with the industrial and commercial business license for filing
- Website sponsor Selection of valid certificate type of the sponsor; Passport; Option, the color scanning copy of the passport with Chinese and foreign languages shall be submitted to the provincial communication administration where the record is kept
- If pre approval is involved, the original color scanning copy of the approval document shall be provided
- For private non enterprise and law firm of school type without business license, the organization code certificate must clearly indicate that it is a private non enterprise, and the corresponding information in the filing information is: enterprise organization code
