Record description:

2. Enterprise users must use enterprise business license for filing
3. Individual industrial and commercial households have no official seal. If it is necessary to note that the enterprise has no official seal, the verification sheet does not need to be stamped with the official seal of the enterprise
4. The website name must be consistent with the website name after the actual website is opened
5. Filing between different enterprise entities cannot be changed. If it needs to be changed, it needs to cancel the original filing and re file
6. If there is no landline for enterprise filing, the person in charge shall provide two mobile phone numbers for filing. The mobile phone number can be a non Beijing local number, and the other mobile phone number shall be filled in the website remarks
7. The domain name column of the authenticity verification form needs to add the name of the domain name purchaser
