4. Individual filing cannot be changed to enterprise filing

Enterprise filing

Description of filing materials:

1. The main body is an enterprise, and the Verification Form needs to be stamped with the official seal of the company
2. If the website content involves medical treatment, medicine, education, culture and other pre content, the original pre approval document shall be submitted
3. The website name must be consistent with the website name after the actual website is opened
4. Filing between different enterprise entities cannot be changed. If it needs to be changed, it needs to cancel the original filing and re file
5. In addition to the mobile phone number of the filing information, another emergency contact number needs to be provided and filled in the website notes
6. If the person in charge of the subject is not convenient to provide the enterprise legal person for filing, he/she can fill in the information of the person in charge of the website for filing and needs to provide the website authorization
