Individual filing

Description of filing materials:

1. The total number of domain names filed exceeds 5 (including 5 domain name certificates that have been filed or are being filed, and the access provider is responsible for mailing them to the Administration)
2. The domain name of the website on the verification sheet shall be filled in, without www
3. Personal nature must use second-generation ID card to submit filing information
4. The website name must be consistent with the website name after the actual website is opened
5. Individual filing cannot be changed to enterprise filing
6. New access record can only be submitted after one website is accessed

Enterprise filing

Description of filing materials:

1. The subject is an enterprise, and the person in charge of the subject must fill in the legal person information
2. The main body is an enterprise, and the Verification Form needs to be stamped with the official seal of the company
3. The domain name of the website on the verification sheet shall be filled in, without www
4. If the subject has 5 or more domain names in total, it is required to provide all domain name certificates
5. The person in charge of the entity must fill in the relevant information of the legal person
6. The nature of the enterprise must use the business license to submit for filing
7. The website name must be consistent with the website name after the actual website is opened
8. Filing between different enterprise entities cannot be changed. If it needs to be changed, it needs to cancel the original filing and re file
9. New access record can only be submitted after one website is accessed
