4. If more than 5 domain names are registered under one subject for the first time, the registrant needs to submit a description of the situation with personal fingerprint. After the registration, the website content is consistent with the registration information

Enterprise filing

Description of filing materials:

1. The office phone must be local
2. The mobile phone number must be the number that can contact you, not the local mobile phone number in Sichuan
3. The main body is an enterprise. The Verification Form needs to be stamped with the official seal of the unit. Individual businesses do not have the official seal. The verification form may not need to be stamped with the official seal. It needs to be noted that the enterprise does not have the official seal
4. The website name must be consistent with the website name after the actual website is opened
5. Filing between different enterprise entities cannot be changed. If it needs to be changed, it needs to cancel the original filing and re file
6. If e-commerce websites are involved, they need to write a letter of guarantee in paper form, sign and seal it and upload it to the attachment (please first confirm whether the website is self operated, whether a third party has settled in and paid by a third party)
7. If more than 5 domain names are registered under one subject for the first time, the sponsor needs to submit a statement with a fresh seal: ensure that all domain names reported are owned by the sponsor, and after the registration, the website content is consistent with the registration information
8. The person in charge of the website is not a registered enterprise legal person, and the website authorization letter is required
