Description of filing materials:

1. If the address of the certificate is not in this region, it cannot be filed
2. The main body is an enterprise, and the Verification Form needs to be stamped with the official seal of the unit; Individual businesses without official seal need to press the fingerprint
3. The website name must be consistent with the website name after the actual website is opened
4. Filing between different enterprise entities cannot be changed. If it needs to be changed, it needs to cancel the original filing and re file
