Hunan Province requires:
Requirements for the number of filing websites: Internet information service filing users are required to file only one website/domain name at a time under the individual filing subject, and website construction scheme shall be provided for more than one website/domain name under the unit filing subject, which shall include:
（1） Introduction to website service content (including website content screenshots or design drawings, website columns and content introduction, multi website/domain name usage and domain name extension usage);
（2） Networking scheme (including equipment configuration, networking structure, use technology and deployment);
（3） Network security and information security management system (including network security defense measures, information security control system and emergency response plan)
（4） Commit to accept the punishment of access service provider for closing the website, competent authority for canceling the registration and listing in the blacklist in case of finding the subject information is wrong, the actual content of the website is consistent with the filing information, the domain name has transaction behavior, the website content involves nine prohibitions and other illegal issues.
Submission method of website construction scheme: it is required to sign, seal, scan and upload to other attachments.
