- If your filing is not successful in our company, and we cannot submit the cancellation application, you can contact the previously recorded access provider to submit the cancellation application, or visit the website of the local administration where the filing number is located, download the registration cancellation application form, fill it out, and submit it to the local communication administration where the filing is located together with the required documents. Please fill in and submit the cancellation application form according to the filling requirements and submission methods.
