If the website you have filed is not in use, you can refer to this guide to cancel the registration.

Classification of filing and cancellation
Record cancellation can be divided into two categories:

  • Cancellation subject: cancel the whole record, including the record number and all websites under the subject.
  • Log off website: log off a website under the record number.

Operation steps of record cancellation

1. Log in to the console - Website Filing - My Filing - Filing List.


2. Select the subject or website to be logged off, and click Log Off.


3. Enter the filing password.


4. Wait for the audit and complete the logout.


Precautions for record cancellation

  1. After the registration cancellation review is passed, the domain name cannot be accessed.
  2. After the website is cancelled, if there is no website under the filing subject, it will be regarded as an empty shell subject, and the Administration will clean up the empty shell subject from time to time.
