1. Log in to the console → ECS → Snapshot list.

2. Select the snapshot you want to delete and click Delete.

3. Click [Confirm] to verify the protection operation.

4. Wait for the snapshot recovery to complete.

matters needing attention

1. The ECS must be running or powered off before deleting snapshots.
2. No refund is supported when deleting snapshots
3. When you delete a snapshot, the file storing the snapshot data will remain in the storage location until the ECS is shut down, stopped, or placed in the saved state. Therefore, when deleting a snapshot, you need to place the production ECS in one of these states at a certain point in time so that the snapshot can be safely deleted.
