ECS instance renewal

The renewal rules are as follows:

1. The ECS renewal period is 1 month to 9 months, 1 year, 2 years, and 3 years.

2. If the ECS is renewed after expiration, the billing is still calculated from the expiration time.

3. When the expiration time of ECS exceeds 48 hours, it cannot be renewed. If you still need to use ECS, please purchase it again.

4. The ECS can be owned for up to three years.

Renewal notice

Expiration reminder : 7 days before the expiration of your ECS service life, and 3 days before the expiration of your ECS service life, the system will notify you that the instance is about to expire in the form of an in station message, SMS, etc. Please check and renew it in a timely manner.

Expiration processing : Stop service immediately after expiration, and the system will send a notice of stopping service for arrears. The data is retained for 48 hours for you without charge. If the data is not renewed within 48 hours, it will be deleted and released. The system will send a release notice 1 day before and at the time of release. The ECS data cannot be restored after it is released.

Operation steps

1. Log in, console ->ECS ->ECS management.

2. Select the ECS you want to renew, click Renew, or enter the payment information on the server management page and click Renew.

3. Select the renewal duration and click OK to generate a renewal order.

4. Generate and pay orders.

5. The renewal is successful.
