To reduce the labor management cost of your ECS, you can automatically renew your ECS every month by turning on the automatic renewal function. After turning on the automatic renewal function, if your account balance is sufficient, you will automatically deduct and renew your ECS every month on the deduction day.

matters needing attention

1. After the setting is successful, the system will automatically deduct money on the monthly deduction day. Please ensure that your account balance is sufficient;

2. The deduction date is 7 days, 3 days, 2 days before the expiration of the ECS, and the expiration date;

3. If the deduction is not successful on the deduction date, the deduction shall be postponed to the next deduction date;

4. If the deduction fails on the deduction date, the fee will not be automatically renewed this month;

5. If the manual renewal is conducted before the automatic renewal cycle, the automatic deduction will not be made in this cycle;

6. The ECS is not renewed after expiration, and the data is automatically released and cannot be retrieved.

Note:

Automatic renewal only supports account balance deduction, not voucher deduction. If you need to use voucher to renew, please renew manually

Enable automatic renewal

1. Enter the official website user center and click "Renewal Management" - "ECS" on the left navigation bar;

2. Select the ECS you want to enable automatic renewal and click "Set Automatic Renewal";

3. Click and select "Enable automatic renewal" - "OK";

4. The automatic renewal function is successfully activated.

Turn off automatic renewal

1. Enter the official website user center and click "Renewal Management" - "ECS" on the left navigation bar;

2. Select the ECS you want to cancel automatic renewal and click "Set Automatic Renewal";

3. Click and select "Enable automatic renewal" - "OK";

4. The automatic renewal function is successfully closed.

Automatic renewal for batch activation

If you have multiple ECS servers that need to enable the automatic renewal function at the same time, you can follow the following methods.

1. Enter the official website user center and click "Renewal Management" - "ECS" on the left navigation bar;

2. Check the ECS you want to enable the automatic renewal function and click "Set Automatic Renewal", as shown below;

3. Click and select "Set Automatic Renewal" - "OK";
