The whitelist is used to manage external devices that are allowed to access the cloud database instance.

The cloud database instance is created successfully. There is a default whitelist group by default. The white list does not distinguish between classic networks and VPCs. It supports the creation of up to 50 groups.

1. On the whitelist page, click New Whitelist Group

2. Set the whitelist information and click OK.

Parameter description:

• Group name: consists of lowercase letters, numbers, underscores, starts with a letter, ends with a letter or a number, with a maximum length of 32 characters
• White list:
• Specify IP: 192.168.0.1 Allow the IP address of 192.168.0.1 to access the database
• Specified IP segment: 192.168.0.0/24 Allow IP address access from 192.168.0.1 to 192.168.0.255:
• Multiple IP settings should be separated by commas, such as 192.168.0.1192.168.0.0/24
