Backup data is used to deal with data loss or damage. You can set backup strategies to automatically back up database data, or manually back up database data. Currently, cloud database instances only support snapshot backups.

matters needing attention

• Do not perform the DDL operation during the backup to avoid the backup failure caused by locking the table.
• Try to select the low peak period for backup.
• If the data volume is large, it may take a long time. Please wait patiently.
• The backup file has retention time. Please download the backup file to be retained locally in time.
