  1. After the managed server expires:
    • Within 48 hours, the service status is expired, and the equipment status is disconnected. The network can still be recovered after renewal, and the IP address remains unchanged. If you do not want to continue to use, you can normally submit an application for equipment removal.
    • After 48 hours, the service status is deleted, and the equipment status is disconnected. At this time, the renewal cannot be performed. If you need to restore the network, you can only place a new purchase order and reassign the IP address. If you do not want to continue using, you can normally submit an application for removal.

  1. After applying for removal, the equipment status will change to "removal from shelf".
  2. After the application for removal, the equipment will be powered off, which may cause the loss of unsaved data. Please save the data in time.
  3. Please fill in the detailed receiving information when applying for removal, so that technicians can accurately fill in the express information.
  4. The mailing expenses after the equipment is taken off the shelf shall be borne by the applicant.

Operation steps

1. Log in, console ->server hosting ->server hosting management.

2. Select the managed server you want to remove from the shelf and enter the server management page.

3. Click the off shelf button to fill in the recipient information and express information.
