Managed IP allocation rules

Our company provides the number of independent IPs for the hosting business, which are 1, 16, 32, 64, 128, 256, etc. Except for 1, other specifications exist in the form of independent network segments.

The independent network segment has a higher security level, which can effectively prevent address conflicts, broadcast storms, ARP fraud and other impacts from non local network segments.

In a single network segment, the starting IP address is the network address, and the ending IP address is the broadcast address. Neither of them can be configured on the server, but one is needed as the gateway. Therefore, the number of IP allowed to be allocated to the server in a single network segment should be deducted by 3 from the total number.

For example, a customer has purchased 16 IPs, and after "eliminating the tail", the remaining 14 IPs are selected as the gateway. The actual number of IPs that can be allocated to the server is 13. If the number of IP addresses actually required by the customer does not exceed 13, 16 IP addresses can meet the demand. If the number of IP addresses actually required by the customer exceeds 13, at least 32 IP addresses need to be purchased.

Tips: When purchasing a network segment with 32 IP addresses, the number of available IP addresses is 29, while when purchasing two network segments with 16 IP addresses, the number of available IP addresses is 13 * 2=26. The IP utilization rate is lower than that of the former. Therefore, it is recommended that users plan in advance and purchase the number of IP addresses according to actual needs.

Note:

By default, 5 days of listing time will be given for hosting purchase. For example, your hosting server purchase time is January 1, 2018, and the server listing time is January 6, 2018. You can apply for a refund before January 11, 2018.

  1. You can apply for a refund without reason within 5 days after the new purchase goes on sale.
  2. Each user's hosting server can be refunded at most once, and at most one can be refunded cumulatively.
  3. No contract signed and invoice applied.
  4. Some event products do not support 5-day refund without reason (see the event rules for details).
  5. After applying for a refund, the user should bear the transportation costs incurred when the equipment is taken off the shelf and sent back. It is recommended that you do a good job of relevant tests before placing an order

Renewal rules

  1. The minimum renewal of server hosting is 1 month.
  2. The maximum ownership time shall not exceed 3 years.

reminder

  1. The transportation cost of the managed equipment shall be borne by the customer. The customer shall assist in the whole process of follow-up, loading and unloading, and provide follow-up basic operation and maintenance services. This product supports refund for 5 days without reason, and supports filing.
  2. Escrow Billing Description: After the order is paid successfully, 5 days will be reserved as the mobile time for sending the equipment, and billing will start after 5 days.
  3. Please arrange the removal of the equipment from the shelf within 7 days after the expiration of the trusteeship period. If the equipment has not been removed from the shelf normally for more than 7 days, the warehouse management fee will be charged at 5 yuan/set/day. If the equipment has not been disposed of one month after the expiration of the trusteeship period or the customer cannot be contacted, it will be deemed as scrapped equipment, and the computer room has the right to dispose of it reasonably.
  4. If the managed server needs to add or replace accessories, please contact in advance to confirm the relevant information and operation matters. If the failure to contact in advance causes the loss or delay of replacement of accessories, the customer shall bear the relevant losses.
