The newly purchased cloud servers and virtual machines with annual and monthly subscription within five days support five day refund without reason. Each member account has only one refund opportunity for each product. Please be careful

Refund steps
1. Enter "Console" - "Financial Center" - "Refund Management" ；

2. Select the ECS/VM to refund and click "Apply" ；

3. Fill in the refund reason ；
4. Confirm whether the data has been backed up. If yes, click OK. Otherwise, click Cancel ；
5. After clicking OK, the money will be returned to your account directly, and you can choose to continue to purchase or withdraw ；
6. After refund, you can view the refund result in the refund record 。
