The platform supports self-service application contracts, including new purchase, upgrade and renewal orders of ECS and new purchase, upgrade and renewal orders of virtual machine support self-service application contracts, while other product consumption temporarily does not support application contracts. If you need to apply, please submit a work order contract work order to contact customer service for processing.

Contract application steps
1. Fill in recipient information ；
Log in to the official website console - account settings - common address - new address

2. Fill in Party A's information ；
Official website console - financial center - contract management - Party A's information management - add Party A's information

3. Check the order to apply for a contract - Check the contract Party A's information - Check the recipient's information ；
In the Financial Center - Contract Management - Contract Application, check the order, Party A's information and recipient's information that need to be signed

4. If the preliminary review is passed, you can print the contract, seal and sign it, and mail it to the address designated by our company ；

• The contract is in quadruplicate, please do not omit, each contract needs to be sealed and signed, and the enterprise contract needs to be stamped with the seal on the perforation
• The express fee shall be borne by the sender, and payment upon delivery is not supported

5. Seal and sign by our company, return the contract, and keep it on file

matters needing attention

• The title of the same order invoice must be consistent with the name of Party A in the contract
• Each order only supports the creation of a formal contract once. Please apply in time. The contract cannot be applied when the product expires
