Voucher rules

1. The voucher is only used to offset the order amount that should be paid when the payment platform orders payment, and cannot be cashed or used for other purposes
2. When vouchers have attributes such as full or reduced, frequency limit and payment scenario, please use them according to the attributes.
3. After the voucher expires, the unused balance cannot be used.
4. For the order paid by the voucher, the part paid by the voucher will not be returned in case of refund.
5. The voucher must be used within the validity period. After expiration, the voucher will automatically become invalid. You can view it in the expired voucher.

matters needing attention

a. For products purchased with voucher+cash, if refunded, the used voucher will be invalidated and cannot be returned;

b. Products purchased with pure vouchers do not support refunds;

c. The validity period of the voucher shall be subject to the rules when the voucher is obtained. If the voucher is not used beyond the validity period, it will be invalid.
