2. The browser will jump several times during the payment process. Please do not close the browser before the payment is completed, or the payment may fail.
3. If the payment does not arrive after recharging, please contact the online customer service for help or submit the work order.

Offline remittance
1. Log in to the "Console";
2. Select the left navigation bar - "Financial Center" - "Recharging Center" - "Offline Remittance" to fill in the information of offline remittance.

1. After offline remittance, our company will review the remittance information according to the bank receipt information, and the amount will be immediately recharged to the member account balance after successful review.
