If your digital certificate is about to expire, you need to reapply and submit it for review according to the original conditions and application records for purchasing a digital certificate. If all your audit materials are exactly the same as when you purchased the certificate for the first time, the audit time will be greatly shortened; If there is any change in the materials, the review process shall be the same as that of the newly purchased certificate.

refund

The digital certificate you purchased can be fully refunded before submitting it for review or after the review fails. At present, you are required to submit a refund in the form of a work order.

Note: Refund operation for successfully issued digital certificates is not supported temporarily.

Automatic failure
