Upgrade Rules

When the business volume increases, you need to upgrade the cloud database. You can upgrade the cloud database through the "Console".

The upgrade rules are as follows:

1. The upgrade time is calculated according to the expiration time of the cloud database.
2. The configuration upgrade cannot be performed when the cloud database is 1 day away from the expiration time.

Renewal rules

When the cloud database is about to expire and needs to be renewed, you can renew it through the "Console".

The renewal rules are as follows:

1. The cloud database renewal period is 1 month to 9 months, 1 year, 2 years, and 3 years.
2. If the cloud database is renewed after expiration, the billing is still calculated from the expiration time.
3. When the expiration time of the cloud database exceeds the retention period, it cannot be renewed. If you still need to use cloud database, please purchase it again.
4. The cloud database can be owned for up to 3 years.
