1. On the user login page, click "Forgot Password" at the lower right corner of the interface;

2. Enter the registered mobile phone number or registered email, enter the verification code, and click Next;

3. Select the retrieval method (choose one from two).

• Retrieve through mobile phone number;
• By means of registered email number+secret protection;

Note: If the account is retrieved by registered email, the registered email must have been authenticated, otherwise it will prompt that the account does not exist

4. If the verification is successful, enter the password reset page, reset the new password, and click "Finish Setting" to retrieve the password.
